Returns are easy!
- Contact us before you return an item for faster processing!
- Our customer service representative can help you find a different item to exchange or get you a refund, whichever works best for you.
- It is important that you pack all items so that they arrive undamaged.
- Remember to insure your return against loss or damage. Frantz Art Glass is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return shipping.
- Include a copy of the original invoice and a short explanation of why you are returning the items.
- Restrictions: Unless authorized by management no returns on books, videos, eye protection, special ordered items, discontinued items, or items damaged due to improper use.
- Returns more than 30 days past the date of the invoice may be denied. Please follow all the above procedures or your return or refund may be delayed or denied.

That’s ok, just cancel the order!
- To cancel an order prior to completing checkout, remove all items from your shopping cart.
- To cancel an order after completing checkout but before your order has shipped, email us as soon as possible. Note: orders generally ship within 2-3 days.
- Orders you submit online may be cancelled until they are shipped.
