If you are using didymiums instead of the proper borosilicate glass eye protection and you are not ready to purchase a proper pair, you can use these clip-ons temporarily. Should be replaced periodically.
BoroView 5 (GB5) green or brown poly filter has similar properties of Phillips’s BoroView 3; provides protection from UV, Infrared, blocks sodium flare and is darker. Shade 5 is most often used by people doing larger work such as candlesticks or figures.

All Phillips Safety frames are fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects (material and workmanship) for one year from the date of purchase.
