Shipping internationally to another country?

Here's some information to help.

Shipping Discounts

Orders shipping internationally will receive discounted shipping. For those deliveries, you may see carriers including UPS, FedEx and USPS. Select the carrier and service level you prefer. Customers will receive the Frantz Art Glass discounted contract price for shipping, not the retail list price. This discounted shipping applies to all orders. Discounted prices are shown in the shipping options of the shopping cart. See our Shipping Details for more info.

Duties & Taxes

All items entering a foreign country are subject to Customs inspection and the assessment of customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage or other fees in accordance with that country's national laws and the carrier. If duties, taxes and fees are assessed on an item, they may be collected from the recipient prior to, or upon, delivery. Customers may be contacted to confirm the arrangements for reimbursement. Some countries and carriers may have a brokerage or administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting the duties and taxes.

Shipments may be delayed if they are not able to reach the recipient to confirm payment for these duties, taxes and fees. If a recipient refuses to pay, the package may be returned. If the package is returned you may be responsible for the original shipping charges and for any damaged incurred.

Recipient's payment for duties, taxes and fees may be made by one of the following means at the sole discretion of the delivering agent in that country: cash, check (personal or business, provided valid identification is offered), money order, traveler's check, or as locally required in the destination country. Payment of duties and taxes generally may not be made by credit card.

Access Export.gov for an estimate of duties and taxes that, if levied against a shipment, the recipient will be required to pay prior to delivery.

Shipping Restrictions
