Normally orders are filled and shipped within 2-3 days of Frantz Art Glass receiving your order. If you need your order fast you may choose a quicker shipping method or contact us for rush options. Some special order items are excluded from the 2-3 day fulfillment such as some torches and kilns, see items details for more information or contact us. Frantz Art Glass generally packs shipments using biodegradable starch based peanuts. Some shipments may be packed with other recycled packing peanuts, bubble wrap, cardboard or paper as available or necessary.

The shipping address on your order must be accurate and up-to-date. If your order is submitted with an old or incorrect address, we cannot be responsible for its redelivery or replacement. Check all addresses and other contact information for accuracy before submitting an order.
Shipping by USPS in a Medium Flat Rate Box can only fit small orders and small items. The dimensions of the box are inside: 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" x 13-5/8" and outside: 12" x 3-1/2" x 14". If your order or some items will not fit in the USPS Flat Rate Box your shipping amount may change. Examples of items that will not fit include: borosilicate color and clear rod and tube, dichroic strips, cases, kilns, most torches and other items.
Items may be left in a shopping cart indefinitely if you are logged into your account. Prices are subject to change based on promotional sales and/or standard price changes. The pricing of items in your shopping cart may change prior to check out. NOTE: If you are NOT logged into your account, the items in your shopping cart will disappear when you leave our site.
