104 COE compatible. Rods are 13” long, 4-7 mm in diameter. Messy color.

Messy says: "Ogre is our first re-melt of the Tortoise formula.  Ogre turned out a more yellow green than Tortoise."

Also, Messy suggests this would be a good substitute for Dragon.
